Ok, so here's where I cheated a little bit. I figured this makes sense since both Jeremie & Aelita have done extensive research in their work on the supercomputer (some of which was probably conducted in other countries & languages) that it stands to reason that they know some English. They spoke French to Sam earlier because it's their first language and it was easier for them but if XANA & Jim hadn't interrupted, they would have shared this bit of info earlier. This does not mean, however that everyone else at Kadic will now miraculously speak English too. They all speak French unless it makes logical sense otherwise.
