Hmm... since you said advanced critique... I'm no expert on cat anatomy, but is he supposed to be a kitten? He has kind of a feminine/youthful build. If he's supposed to be an adult male, maybe make his legs a bit more muscular, his paws a bit bigger?

He's a young adult male. Lol. And he's blind so he doesn't do much physical activity. But I agree, his hind legs probably should be a bit different.
