First off, I love your expressions, rhythm and flow! You can see that each character is clearly thinking about something.There seems to be plenty of movement going on, which is good since many artists make the mistake of having kind of a stiff look to their drawings. Rhythm and flow are important because they make the characters and overall image look alive, but you seemed to have nailed that down pretty well. Clearly, you have creative ideas and a free-flowing hand. I also love the way you drew the characters' hair- the texturing is nice and fits well with your style!
One thing I'd suggest is erasing excess sketch lines- I can see pencil marks and even some side doodles (like the eye on the right), which could easily distract the viewer from the main piece. I'm also having trouble making out what the front character's right arm is doing. Lastly, I suggest working on the perspective with the desk- there's no definite floor line, so the chair and the desk legs seem to be on different planes. The desk's back is a bit hard to make out and its front leg also looks like it's on top of the front character's left foot.
I am, however, aware that this was more of a sketch and an experiment with pens than a full-fledged, detailed drawing so take my advice with a grain of salt. In other words, in this case, it's acceptable that not everything has to be formulated perfectly and neatly. This, overall, is a charming piece with well-drawn characters and very well-expressed symbolism. Just pay attention to detail and keep up the great work!

Hey LifeTheArtist I like your drawing lots of movement and expression. but most of your characters faces look really similar to one another. then again I'm not sure if that on purpose they do look like of like subconscious part of said main character, so maybe that was on purpose. Anyways really cute drawing X)

I didn't intentionally mean for the faces to be the same, although i did rush this picture and the pupils themselves are very similar which at times can give the illusion of same faced people. I will work on trying to improve that though, it was more of a test to use my new pens
