fuha~It's Igiris!!! er-rather....England/Britain/UK/wutev.
Anywho, I drew this and then spent ALL NIGHT (thank you insomnia! :'D ) coloring it in photoshop.
I had the idea because someone, don't remember who, drew America as a hippy. XD
Then it reminded me of how, America and England (in history) from the 20s to about the 80s, started modernizing like crazy and they also decided to be all trendy and wut not while doing so!
I also posted this on the Hetalia community on LJ as well, so it's there too!
The characterized version of England (Arthur) belongs to Kitayume and Himaruya Hidekaz!
The flag in the background belongs to the actual country! XD
