Commission for ~Padawanmage , featuring his Revan.It's funny really, Revan was declared to be male in "canon" - you have to wonder what would happen if a game developer dared do that today, given how careful BioWare are to respect players' choice in regard to who the character is.
Anyhoo, this was a great pic to work on - really taught me a lot with the armor stuff I had to do to get it right.
And yes, the pose is based on The Force Unleashed II - no points for working that out!

This is what always made Revan such a great character; The fact he was already an enigma, then factor in the fact that his sex was up for interpretation or argument ( before the novel of Revan anyway) he was a total mystery. Love the pic....I was holding out that he was a woman for a long time.

Well, the way I see it, in having Revan be male canonically and having the Exile be female canonically, its evened out. One male protagonist, one female protagonist. That seems pretty fair to me. Nice picture either way. You did a fantastic job and that's coming from a male Revan fan. I'm impressed.

I like the lightsaber color choice, Revan represented both sides of light and dark, so this is appropriate.

Female Revan is my canon, and you Kiryu do her justice.
Only critique I would have is that she should a violet saber rather blue but im guessing you're showing the light side/dark side debate.

Gorgeous job on the outfit! It's wonderful to see you've done it such justice. I have yet to see another character in that game with an even remotely comparable outfit to Revan's. It was amazing. I had to play dark side on one of my saves, just so I could use the outfit. Seriously.

It didn't bother me that he was male in canon. I suppose they made up for it with the exile, but in all honesty it makes more sense for warriors to be male. Women are certainly as capable as men, but in matters of physical prowess, women are generally weaker. Not that women couldn't be jedi, I am sure they could, but I bet there would be less women than men in the order.

Maybe in physical prowess perhaps, but there's nothing stated that says Force ability has anything to do with what is (or isn't) hanging between someone's legs.
I also know a few women in the armed forces who could pretty much pound the crap out of more than a few members of the opposite sex.

It's really a great pic. Especially because I startet a Kotor-Game a few day ago and took exact this face for my Revan. ^^

Wow. It thought the preview looked fantastic, but when I full-sized...mind is blown.
I have to say, the entire presentation is just stunning. The face and the armor detail...I never thought that I'd be so preoccupied by a face and the armor detail of a picture. Something new everyday.
