Description
Two emperors ruling over mankind collide. One from a galaxy far far away and the other from a dark and grim future where there is only war.Emperor Palpatine of Star Wars vs. the Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k. I personally would bet in the Emperor from W40k, but how much lightsaber and lightning can a power armor resist? Would the Emperor psionic powers be match for The Force? Can any Warhammer weapon or armor stop a lightsaber?

It would depend on how "The Force" would work. Is that the same as psionic power? Is it different? Can a lightsaber cut a power armor? Can a power sword stop a lightsaber?
I think Palpatine is quite lighter than the Emperor in the power suit, and he can maneuver better in the arena, but he wouldn't last long against the weakest Space Marine, even more against the Emperor of Mankind himself

1. For the safety of star wars lets keep Warp and Force separate.
2. Powersword produces powerfield and lightsabers are known to stop on such. As for PA, i think it would withstand some lightsaber blows. It takes hotter than sun plasma to shoot through marines breastplate oneshot without luck. Bolterfire would do the same if dense enough.
3. Marines are not slow or clumsy in armor (exception - terminator armor) and the Emperor of mankind would be much superior to them. Marines can casually shoot into rocket launchers barrel midair while riding a motorbike and fight eldar in CC. Btw, Eldars don't like fighting SM. Except for that little nouissance and weakest marine part (it would be too boring) i totally agree with your conclusion.

How the Force would interact with the Warp - this is the question. Because the Force is both good and evil matter, and the Warp holds only dark energies of chaos. Could the Force totally corrupt if the galaxies mix together? Or could it make chaos energies split in Light and Dark sides?) Both can be...
And well, it was just theory)
Concerning lightsaber - well, it would obviously without much problems cut throught power armour and chainswords. But with power weapons and shields - no way [jedi could do nothing to droids with energy shields as far as I remember]. And yes, jedi can avert shots and hits, using the Force, but not avert flamers for example, or assault cannons) In a duel a jedi should kill a space marine without much problems [if not DRAIGO of course)], but in battle of two armies Astartes must win.
And Palpatine... Well, he's no warrior) And he's lighter then the Emperor, but Emperor should move much faster then a space marine... And a space marine moves lighter and faster then any human)) So he has really no chances here.

Well, I think Palpatine was a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, and Warhammer40k was in the grim future in our milky way... Unless Horus traveled in time, but then I bet none in Star Wars universe would survive, a single Space Marine could slice all the characters in the movies with just one hand

The Emperor of Mankind would definitely win, especially when you consider he has the combined power of all those that sacrificed to create him, and eons to refine that power. Emperor Palpatine only seems so powerful because once he is Emperor there are few left with power akin to his own.
