Good question...I guess just cut the string in two and sew it VERY SECURELY under the rim of the hood (where you can't see it) where the drawstring would be.

Thanks so much! The cord can be anything silvery or shiny. I got some kind of christmas wraping string for mine. Just don't get anything too thin or it won't look good.

I just realized.
There are no pulls on it. xD; Frick.
I'm gonna try it anyways but I'm not so sure what to do without the pulls. Maybe I can just use the clips like you did for the chain in the middle... xD;
