Description Finally i gave Clip Studio Paint a first try, since the weekend yesterday. It's so much more easier to animate on than Photoshop (which is what i use before), yet it's so much similar to it in terms of usability (which is a BIG plus!). Haven't fully figure out the techniques i've wanted to try as it's advertised (like vector animation and stuff), but this is definitely will be the main software i'll be animating on.

(Wished it had multi-layered Onion Skin feature, tho. That'll help.)

Good attempt indeed especially how smooth the animation is.

Is it an OC of a particular series?

Nope! She's just my mascot - although she is part of a original series i'm currently working on, if that's what you're referring.

I haven't fully tried it, as i was a bit turned off by the UIs (at the time, anyhow). I'll revisit that sometime later, though. What of it?

Well it seems to be the best  tool for animation .
It's a french product .
It's free as long as you don't publish your work : so you can train yourself with it  as long as you want .
most of the big studio (as disney) use it .
you can see how it work on the Aaron Blaise youtube page
www.youtube.com/playlist?list=…

(during  few seconds you can think it's  a youtube page  with just an address as link , but after few seconds the video really begin )
