Thank you! You'll reach crazy good levels if you practice enough, I have friends who are craaazy good, but also know they have worked super hard to reach that (basically animating and drawing almost all free time haha), it inspires me to also work super hard  Look where you want to be and think steps which you need to take to reach that, you can do it! If you are new to animation, I recommend getting familiar with the "12 principles of animation" and getting the book "Animator's Survival kit" by Richard Williams

 So sorry for late reply.
I will definitely keep practicing. I took a animation class during spring and thankfully I do have "Animators survival kit" (It was required for the class) but I`ll  look at the 12 principles of animation. Thanks so much for the tip

It's all good!
No problem, happy to help! I also recommend Proko youtube channel  since drawing skills are also needed for animation, especially recommend their newly started podcast series because there are lots of talk about resources, how to learn, where to start etc. There have been couple eye opening moments for me, maybe for you too

Speaking of eye opening, these 2 videos was huge when I was starting to take animation seriously:
Animation basics: The art of timing and spacing - TED-Ed

What's "Animating on 1s, 2s & 3s" Mean?  (this one especially, you can play around with this technique a lot)

Awesome, I checked there channel and that will help me practice more on my art
While I`m not a fan of podcast I`ll still give it a shot.

defiantly will ad the first one to my notes later but That second one I remember learning in college. I need to practise that again. I`m a bit rusty but I`ll keep trying

Thanks so much dude!!!!!

It's been a while so I'm not sure if I have linked you moderndayjames youtube channel And yeah, only with practice you can get better

You can try to listen podcasts when you work, that is how I started to enjoy those haha

No problem, happy to help!

Nope , never heard of this person. I`ll have to try that like a podcast cause I`m so used to listening to music all the time while I draw. I`ll start making that a habit ^^

Lzyboost In reply to SonicMiku [2019-11-12 09:12:30 +0000 UTC]

Cool, more new people who know that channel the better haha. Yeah, podcasts are easier to listen while you work, hopefully that works out. Oh, and you can also try out not to listen anything while you work, sometimes I stop music when I have difficulties drawing something specific and I've noticed I solve that problem more easier, though that is just my own experience haha. And when I draw and study I try not to listen anything so that I focus only studying, don't know if you learn better, just something I like to do

I like the little OUCH word at the end, nice touch. xD

But HOLY SHIT that animation is well done! I'm a sucker for any frame-by-frame animation where nothing is copy-pasted. I look at this and I can watch this and it feels... not like animation, it feels like a real movement.

10/10, even at this sketchy stage.

Thank you! I got a lot of inspiration from short animated movie "Dead Leaves " (really recommend if you like crazy animation and visuals) where they use text as impacts/impact frames. Oh and I can't say visuals without mentioning "Redline ", I should also mention that these both are made more style and animation in mind than plot haha

Frame by frame animation is the best, there is so much you can do, be it realism or expression, timing, line work... imagination is the limit!

You now encountered one person who really liked that show haha, can't really describe why I like it though If you are fan of these industry legends, go look one short movie one of these guys (Hiroyuki Imaishi) directed: Dead Leaves, it's pure energy from start to finish   Same guy directer Tengen Toppa
