Haha no problem! If you know animator Guzzu, he have streamed his animations and have some of full streams on his YouTube channel and one video of how he study motion. I mention him because he also uses Flash
Some other stuff you might find useful:
Ethan Becker for tips how to study and draw.
Striving for Animation Japanese animation method (they also have forum ) .
Animation tutorial series from channel "DoKiDoKi Drawing" you might find some useful tips (I've not personally looked most of these)
Lastly video about timing and spacing , helped me to grasp how motion works.
