Description There are 3D drawing figures in Clip Studio so I tried if you can use those for animation. First I drew rough idea and then added 3D model, I'd say I'm intrigued of the idea haha. Made using Clip Studio Paint EX.

Wow, thanks! This kind of combination of of both, 3D and 2D, I drew roughly how I want the movement be and then added the 3D model, sketch gave me the dynamism (some/all poses are impossible and would look weird if looked from other angle), also used the typical techniques like framerate modulation  to get "anime feel" haha

Wow, how do you learn so much and fast all this stuff? Or How you find out about this Technique? I don't know about, Meanwhile, I'm trying to master horror background, I get envious just other people I saw master Sakuga such in a fast pace.

The framerate modulation? I learned it when I got interested in sakuga and animation, it's widely used technique so it came up fairly quickly, but it took time I really understood it haha. Getting envious is normal, I sometimes get envious when I see super good animations, but I also understand animator who made it, worked hard to get very good, so I also want to work hard, basically turn seeing good stuff to inspiration and motivation  If you are interested in animation, learn the basics and build up from there, book called "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richard Williams is really good resource.

Man, I have The Animator's Survival Kit in Book, pdf file, Video also in Russian/Spanish for no reason. Also, hoard tons of sakuga video on youtube, Gots tons of tutorials basically covering everything I need to know. But like I have been practicing my weakness the most like writing, coloring, backgrounds and storyboarding anime style.

Meanwhile, When I'm doing this I see other animators younger me getting so far ahead of me in sakuga. it's crazy they know more terms like OBari punch and so on. I been at the site sakugaboorshi i think it's called id I got the name wrong but that site is confusing to use. I don't know I feel like I'm missing out. like for example, I talked to a Japanese animator his advise to ust do it. i don't trust Japanese people because they always type have secret knowledge. they want to see me do things the harder way. meanwhile, He got this good easy knowledge stuff.  for example last month I found out about le "Conti" method way of storyboarding. Don't get confuse the great composer Conti that created from "The Rocky" movie theme songs.

Now you just need to put your resources to good use. Have clear goal so you you can start to figure out what you need to do to reach that goal. Ask for feedback from people and look critically at your work.

It's going to be pitfall if you focus too much on how younger people get far, it's better to get inspired by how hard they work. Hard work, that's all there is to it, of course working smart is as important. Terms like "obari punch" and "yutapon cubes" are also things you should not focus on, those are just quirks some animators like to use, they know how to animate and quirk is something they put there just for fun. Analyzing how animators animate is better, study how they move stuff around, even better if you analyze real life movements.

I would recommend youtube channel which goes through the Japanese animation pipeline and terms (I'll link it below), there are no secret knowledge stuff, and the ekonte you mentioned is just Japanese term for storyboard. I think it's more of a language barrier than anything else (and I think most of the time terms and meanings are the same everywhere else). I'll now link the channel I talked about:
www.youtube.com/channel/UCGBS0…

You can trust what they say. I'm not sure if they answer questions in the comments, but you can try, maybe ask stuff you want to know about the industry, like requirements and such (make sure to first watch the videos, they might have answered your questions)

Oh and I also want to put sakuga panel playlist, there you can get names you can search from sakugabooru (I know that site and use it everyday haha)
www.youtube.com/playlist?list=…

Thank you! I made this in one day, can't remember how many hours, this would have taken longer if I was drawing every frame haha, and don't worry about it, everybody have same starting point and by hard work gets to places: start today and never stop

I've considered it, but it always stops when I start thinking what it should be about   I might also be better at giving feedback

Np!

aww maybe just the basics of animation or tips to make things easier with workflow etc?

idk either way I'll be on the look out if you ever decide to do one lol

My workflow needs work so I might not be best to give tips on it, but efficient one is this: link  Knowing perspective and anatomy are a must. And for movement, many things comes down to studying it and animating a lot. I noticed it's better just do it, don't think if you can, just   , if it doesn't look the way you wanted, look what went wrong and learn from them
