I imagine this is a Veteran T-800, a machine that may have had an organic covering/skin which is what would explain blood on the endoskeleton and the cloak, the skin has been blown away due to years of battle, but the cloak somehow remains.ย Perhaps this Machine is self-aware, or close enough and likes the cloak.ย Perhaps it's a Resistance Machine, since Skynet wouldn't want its own Machines to become too smart. But that's just my thoughts.

So Jason, it's very well in the realm of possibility that we're looking at a Resistance reprogrammed T-800. The blood being from the many resistance fighters that died before it was finally restrained and reprogrammed for the human cause.

this one was the deadliest of all terminators one who even skynet wanted to destroy but it couldnt. no one knows why this is the case but the 300 dead humans and 100 dead terminators that met their end by this ones hand would have liked to knowย

I have to agree with the other commentators: the cape is a major asset here. Yes, you could assume the cape was some improvised disguise on the terminator's part, but it looks so utterly cool. The vapor off the weapon's barrel suggests something serious just happened.

is it me or does the image kind of give that t-800 i'm assuming a sort of human-like feel.
in my eyes it looks liek the terminator is self-aware, the cloak makes the machien just look like a complete utter badass aswell as the pose.
