Description
As far as squeaky himself, I was trying to do a mix of realism (fail) and to figure out Templado's shading style (not for brownie points. Mostly because the shading and highlights are insane and I can't figure them out for the life of me but they still look good and I want to know how to do that).Squeaky Hotsnot Von Cuddle s Fighting SPC. a.k.a Stopthat.
I'm using his comic design, since it incorporates more of the fact that he's 25% abunhai 25% quilin. Seen here:
SIR SQUEAKY HOTSNOT VON CUDDLES I
shedumaster.deviantart.com/jou…
Middle range:
- - 10 % of classic shedu cats blood higher then 49
- - 10 any classic shedu patterns
Bonus points:
- + 5 for short tail
- + 5 for curly tail
- + 5 for brown base
- + 5 for minimal or no white markings (does Belly Roan count?)
Total: 60.
Squeaky was unlucky. A half thoroughbred, Heian line kitty with tiger stripes, it was going to be tough for him to get his papers- even if he was talented and in perfect health.
He always had been more of a burden than an asset to SunStorm Cattery. He caused mass havoc and wreckage wherever he went: going through countless "indestructible" toys every week, destroying any stable he was put into no matter if it was made of concrete, and was always so hyper he was dang near untrainable. A huge issue was that he was also part asian cat, which meant that Lady Vashtra la Shark (aka Sharky) couldn't communicate with him the way she was able to do with the Komainus. He also needed very small, lightweight riders, because his small stature coupled with tiny paws and spindly thoroughbred legs meant he couldn't take weight very well at all.
Still, these were things that Sunstorm Cattery was specially equipped to handle. They kept him on the "wild territory" where he could be destructive any hyper all he wanted to be and bug as many of the other cats as he wanted- because the result was what Sharky had bought him for: Fighting.
He would accidentally trespass and annoy the shit out of a cat and then not back down when they decided to give him a piece of their mind- that was his asian blood talking. His tiny ass got handed to him time and again, but he gained experience.
He was tiny, sure. But without weight he was the most agile and dexterous cat in the history of Sunstorm Cattery. By the time he had matured into an adult cat, he was already a seasoned fighter covered head to toe with scars.
He also found his own special way to defeat his opponents- he bled them. It didn't matter where or how he slashed them, as long as he could draw blood, it was a successful hit. They had nowhere to run when locked in combat, and all he had to worry about was dodging and keeping his distance until the other frustrated cat collapsed.
And in the streets, that made him insanely popular insanely fast. Blood is what they wanted to see- and he would gladly deliver every time.
When the time for his SPC tests came around, his only real opponent was the bureaucracy. Being involved in the street life, Sharky's only concern was saving money at this point. There were ways around him being failed...

Oh and I think I get the shading for squeaky. Mind hearing the idea if you haven't already gotten it?
