That person is just the feature of imbalance this very balanced shot needed. And the fact that she's inbetween movements adds a whole new level of spontaneous interest. It's not a boring still life of sticky-uppy-things, it's a whole lot more.

thanks so much. yes i've always liked photos that for the most part are very structured except for one unique element that really stands out. i think i'll keep working on this style for a little while longer.

I like this photographs because it makes me think, where does the perspective on that side fit in on the other side? Etc. Well, that's what I think. Keep going!

yesss exactly. sometimes a very boring element actually helps the overall feel of the photograph. i've always been intrigued by very subtle overlooked objects that, if used correctly, can really make an interesting photograph. i have a long way to go with this, but i can somewhat see where i'm going with it.
