This painting has a very hazy feel to it.
It looks good on the background, giving it a dreamlike feeling, but I think the bear could be better defined.
A stronger outline would bring him forward from the background and make him look more imposing.
The fur effect is very good, and the eye and the area inside the mouth are beautifully done. I think that a sharper edge to the teeth would look good though.
I love the little details in the background, like the leaves on the trees near the centre and the cluster of daisies in the grass!

Q's:
- How long did you spent on this piece?
- What tools you used?
- Did you used any preference picture on the bear?
Points:
- I found those upper teeth/fangs of the bear bit disturbing. I think they are too long or something like that.
- The upper torso or the upper body of the bear is too small in my opinion. I'm just telling what I think of what I see... I don't know anything about painting or bears 
Otherwise:
- Color scheme is very good. It gives you a warm feeling inside
- Lighting of the painting is VERY good, too.
- Overall this a great piece of art and makes me wish that someday I'll come as good as you, man.

Its painted in Corel Painter and photoshop
Used the oil painting tool in Corel Painter for everything, photoshop for resizing and some editing if needed.
I am a very fast painter i think, used around 5h on it so far. Trying to use more time on my work but i get bored of them very quick 
Its not finished yet so i will maby fix the body. The teeth will i ofc fix, they are just streange atm.

You did an excellent job!
The lighting is dramatic and the scene has some nice details too.
If if could nit-pick on one thing, it would be that the direction of your stroke in the far background, goes against the direction of the light. It could lead us to think the light comes from the right for a second.
But, it's not a big deal and it doesn't take anything away from your painting.
