Something I made to day. Probably going to work some more on it.Tried with textures this time. Not so sure about the end result. What do you think?

It's beautiful - the only comments I'd make is that it's very vague/has no focal point. What I originall thought of was making the dragons clearer, or slightly reflecting the moonlight, but as they're meant to be misty silhouettes...? Maybe make the nearest a bit darker. Or possibly add some light on the water near the bottom left or on the boat, just to draw people's eyes, down, otehrwise you just look at the moon, rather then the whole picture. (Or flip it... the eyes go top left>>to bottom right)

The hole idea was to make a big light on the boat that lights up the dragons. Title : Dragon hunters, or something like that^^

On the boat? That might work, though then moon could probably do it on its opwn - ccan't crti either way until I've seen, anyway

Looks really beautiful, those blue tones on the whole image gives it a really peaceful -but dark at the same time- look.
Great effects on the water. The dragons give a great mood to the picture, like an unleash for freedom.

but, could I make an sugestion? you could try posting the deviation a little bigger, It would be better to see the details ^^
