I think kids would be interesting... The DNA doesnt come from the brain.. but with a different brain, the girl could meet a guy that the original brain might not have liked and have kids that would never have existed without the new brain... but genetically they'd be unrelated to the brain almost as if she was a surrogate mother..... gah. *headache*

Add to that the male brain would be more attracted to females than males, despite any hormones present, and an extra complication in that the male brain has already accepted that children are inevitable.
There have already been appearences of a future significant other - another student. I've even dropped hints.
