Description
This is my first pass of a color script, uh, ever!I don't know if this makes any sense to anyone who doesn't know the story, but this is the general progression of color for my fourth year film, tentatively titled Shadow Eater.
A little fox is hunting in a big forest. As he chases a black mouse, he is drawn out of the forest into a place that is increasingly colorless and featureless and strange to him. Bad things happen . . . until he is eventually rescued and brought back home to the forest! : O

I want to know, these color scripts, are they used as some sort of thumbnails for the color schemes of a scene? Maybe you can explain more about it to me.
I'm curious since I was wondering if it's a good idea to use this ''technique'' to get an idea of what colors to use in an illustration.

This is amazing! How do you come up with these awesome ideas?! How long do these storyboards usually take for you?

Well..... these aren't actually boards, they're more like thumbnails to determine how color changes throughout the film! : O This took about a week working really casually XD
