cover illustrations by Sabrina Cotugno, 4th grade : )[um! apparently there needs to be some clarification.... I am not actually in fourth grade, nor was I attempting to impersonate a fourth grader! I just made a joke and I didn't think anyone would actually take it seriously. 8| I made this piece using an intentionally simplistic style that would match the simplistic style of storytelling found in the Twilight series. I did not steal this from a fourth grader! Sorry for the . . . confusion?]

This is hysterical!!!!! I love it. It says so much about the books. I love the style too. I'm not exactly sure why Edward has blue eyes or why Jacob is so unhappy in the fourth book since he imprinted on Renesme, but it's so darn adorable and funny! Love the fangs and that Bella looks unhappy in all but the last one. It definitely makes me think of Scholastic. I would buy the set of Twilight that had these covers in a heart beat, just for the covers. If only they'd put them out!

...maybe that's the word I wanted to use! Simplistic! I thought the storytelling for Twilight was rather simplistic compared to other series I have read. I just didn't know what word to use when I described my feelings about this series to others. So thank you! And I absolutely adore the covers.

So, basically, first Eddykins Cullen is a happy dopy retarded fairy, the he's gone, then he's a VERY ANGRY, VERY CONSTIPADED retarded fairy, then he's a happy dopy retarded fairy again. Jacob is first a happy constipaded guy, then he's a worried constipaded guy, and at last he's really wondering if he sould take some lax. And Bella is angry and sad and bordering on suicidal, except on the last one, when she's bordering homissidal/psycopathic/sociopathic/serial killer.
Yep, I think that's accurate enough, yeah.
