Alternative 2: drag n drop the Stikma.cskin file onto a running CAD.
Alternative 3: drag n drop the Stikma.cskin file onto the brandnew SkinBrowser.
Alternative 4: rename the Stikma.cskin file to Stikma.zip and unzip it to CAD's Skins directory.

what version of CD Art Display do you use?
this skin only works in version 3 beta 1 build 717 or above.
please consider updating to the version provided through this [link] and see if it works.

it's all described in detail above, but well...
i suppose you already have the app "CD Art Display" [link] installed?
if so, please make sure to upgrade to the most recent version (cad3b1472). [link]
to upgrade, make sure to close "CD Art Display", then download, unzip and install that beta3 version (setup.exe) and then relaunch the program.
in order to install the above skin i've listed 4 different alternatives in my deviation description, but alternative 1 (doubleclicking the Stikma.cskin file) should do.
hope that works. otherwise tell me your operating system and i'll be glad to guide you through some possible further steps.
