Description This buckle is inspired by the pennanular brooches the Celts are so identified with, but of course this is made as a buckle for belt leather rather than a tartan or a cloak.
Forged stainless steel.

The pattern is accomplished by twisting the square stock before forming it into a ring, then polishing only the high points (which are the corner edges of the original bar). This pattern is most often identified with the Celts because they were the first in the archeological record to twist square stock, but of course that was bronze not stainless steel.
