He's back! And with a lot more worlds to jump into,
The legendary, Spyro the Dragon!
When I was a kid, I played Gateway to Glimmer because of my origins.
However, I prefer the name "Ripto's Rage" so it's the version I recently got my hands on!
This and the first game are the ones I remember the most!

Nice, my Playstation 1 doesn't work anymore - so rather than supporting scalpers, I just got the game and run it on my PC's Emulator.
Good for you though, they'll both be worth a lot of money!

Yeah I need to get an emulator some time. While my PS1 is in good as new condition the controller is starting to get a bit wonky. That said I've had it since 1997. The PS2 is the same.

I suppose you can replace the controller, but it won't be easy.
I currently use EPSXE 2.0.5, it's great and easy to learn.
But, I heard PCSXR-PGXP is 'better' so I am going to try it out!

I might be able to replace the cable as I did that with my wired Xbox 360 controller that I use as a gamepad for my PC.
That did require some soldering to reconnect the cable to the board in the controller after removing the broken bit of the cable.

I had europe version of this game as child too. Nowadays I use "Ripto's Rage" in PSX. It is surely good game
