There's still hope. In Simon's video about the crown, it shows a picture of his girlfriend Betty, she bears a striking resemblance to Doctor Princess so there might be a possiblity that she survived the mushroom war.

Me too, and his face in some parts was like if he was remembering, or at least trying to remember. I hope they make one ep where he remembers, even if for a few minutes
