Test Animation 5: Little Rel - Rough ver.THIS is an animation I started a little while ago. (I've been trying to get used to animating in flash for so long LOL)
You all know how adorable *joodlez 's characters are, yeah? Well I couldn't help but use them in one of my attempts to learn Flash They're all round and adorable, so they weren't too hard to animate.
The animation
The premise, was to have her playing a game of hide n' seek with her brother (Nocty). I stopped just before a cute montage of failed seeking on Rel's part. I wonder what I was on when I was working on this.
Eventually I do plan to come back and complete this one, so keep an eye on this one. Instead of uploading a new post, I'm just going to update this one.
This is the rough version of this animation. Each frame will be be re-lined to prepare for color.
Much of the background is also missing
Screen transitions still need to be edited, and additions need to be made for better story telling

The animation is indeed very fluid and very well done, and it's easy to see that you took care of every detail of movement *__*
My one critique is that all the movement looks as if the character is moving in water instead of in air, so perhaps it's TOO fluid, or too "slow"/too many frames. It's still very pretty to look at though.

It's looking nice so far. Mainly the animation is fluid,which I consider the strong point here,since other animations I've seen are really stiff,her clothes and her hair moving around gives off that she's 3Dimensional. I hope to see more of how this progresses.

Wow, this looks great!! I love all of her expressions... the look of triumph when she thinks she's found the guy, and the disappointment after... XD I especially like the beginning few seconds of the animation, where she's looking around. Very cute!
Although, I hope you don't mind if I make this one comment? I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but right before she opens the big box, when she tilts her head/body moves to one side (??? OTL sorry, I don't know how to say it!) it looks almost... too smooth? Like... the animation quality is good, but it almost feels like she doesn't have any bones or something at that part, because her movement is so fluid and at a constant speed, or something like that..??? OTL Sorry...

JC JC JC JC you inspire meeeeee! ;_; The movement when she gets up at the end as her back arches and her bow bounces and she puts her hands out daintily adfdsafsadf It's so fluid and really feels like I'm watching life in action. AND THE WAY HER HEAD AND THEN WHOLE BODY TURNS TO THE RIGHT AS SHE SEES THE TRUNK. HOW. And the way her hair and clothing moves as she snaps to certain positions YOU NEED TO GO TO JAIL SIR FOR AMAZING THIS GAL TO DEATH.
