Legacy Special cards legal in OP3:
HYDRA's Legacy Character card was fairly acceptable, but I've always seen them as more of an intelligence-based organization. They worm their way into the highest levels of society to carry out insidious plans, and tend to only act in the open when forced to, or when overconfident in victory. The Inherent still applies, with cleaned-up wording.

i still wonder about the 5S. i understand the other values, and i agree intellect is more important that fighting for them.

I dunno, I've never had a problem with it. Overwhelming numbers, plus they're a well-rounded organization that has often been associated with superpowered characters (The Hive, Spider-Woman, Gorgon, now Doc Ock). And I just like them being one of the very few characters that can play up to level 5 Multis.

Nice. I like the three point increase in fighting they'll get from Baron Von Strucker instead of two.
