Didn't seem right to name one specific GL, and if any Location should let you build an entire team of human GLs it should be Oa. And since it's entirely unfeasible to make a separate card for every GL-related character, expect separate team-based Character cards for the different colored Corps.

EDIT: Changed the IA to encompass all attacks with Energy icons, as opposed to just "Energy attacks."

EDIT: Removed Star Sapphire (she's going to be on the Coast City Location instead), replacing her with the Red Lantern Corps.
