How does he fly like that? Dwemer armor waights tons. Also his name is Steel right? So why is he not wearing steel or steel plate armor then?

The Heavy Armor quirk known as "conditioning" where Heavy armor like that becomes effectively weightless.

Chrysamere is from Arena, Daggerfall, and Morrowind and is my favorite weapon from TES Series.
I was wondering if you maybe take a picture of mine and replace the spear in it with Chrysamere? That would be so awesome! /)o3o(\

Perhaps he has the heavy armor perks where it weighs nothing while worn?

Thejboy88 In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2012-04-15 07:22:37 +0000 UTC]
Ah. That would make sense.
.....Wait. Wouldn't he have to get a load of points in heavy armour (and thus have already worn some a lot) to begin with to get that perk?

beautifuls armored ponies but i have a question: what are the pony equivalent of dwarves/dwemers?

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to MrGiegue [2012-03-26 00:57:58 +0000 UTC]
I dunno.
I figured the elves in general would be something like llamas. But then the Bretons and Wood Elves would be hard to discuss, since in the canon they are elf/human hybrids.
Of course there are other creatures like sheep, deer, mules/donkeys, cows/bulls, minotaurs, goats...hm.
Ignoring the whole hybrid situation, I could see the elves as a whole being camelids or deer, with the Dwemer being camels or moose.

FFFFF how did I miss this when you first posted it?! I love how you've modified the armor to fit ponies. Although, how do they handle swords without unicorn magic?
Now I wanna draw my pony in Skyrim...

8D If you want! And I feel you, once I start drawing ponies I can't stop. I was actually thinking of drawing a few of the races as ponies and making a "screenshot" of the game if it were more stylized with ponies.
But oh god draugr ponies would be the creepiest things. ;-;

Ovni-the-UFO In reply to nooby-banana [2012-03-14 22:43:07 +0000 UTC]
Well draugr are pretty creepy too, so yeah.
Yay! Armor is addictive, ponies are addictive, mixing them can only lead to addiction.
...I support this idea. Ponify all the Elder Scrolls things! Works well since Skyrim is very Norse, and what does Norse mythology have? Two horses, Skinfaxi and Hrimfaxi, which guide the sun and moon across the sky (well, they pulled them at the direction of the day god and night god).
Instant opening for the Princesses! U:

I didn't know about the two Norse horses! That's neat. Perfect for some certain Princesses. Plus there's dragons in Equestria already so I could take the designs from those.

Yes! And there's animated wooden creatures in both, so maybe Timberwolves are companions or analogues to Spriggans?

My theory: Sticky hooves.
Well...more complex answer:
Fields of magic around the hooves that provide similar dexterity to human hands. Like contact-induced-telekinesis that must be maintained through contact.
Technically they could also use their mouths without any trouble as long as the center of gravity is in the handle of the sword and not in the blade.

nooby-banana In reply to Ovni-the-UFO [2012-03-14 21:57:37 +0000 UTC]
OUCH I feel like holding swords in their mouths would need teeth as strong as titanium to work out. x_x Otherwise situations like this would probably be common. [link]
I like the telekinesis/magic theory though. It explains how they can hold soda cups or open peanut butter jars. xD

...That is horrible. D: Who puts a pole where dogs run with sticks? Poor stick. Poor dog.
Also poor pole, I'm sure it didn't like being ran into.
Indeed! Also explains how they could climb a seventy degree incline by walking normally...Incidentally, that's how horses in Skyrim climb mountains too. Hmmmmm...

I know, poor dog. I do like his reaction after hitting the pole though, like "WTF was that?!"
What if Skyrim horses are just ponies banished from Equestria and sent to live in a scary, cold racist world?!

...My god. Now we know one more of the ways ponies are punished! Maybe Skyrim is Tartaros?
Also: Ponies emigrated from a land freezing over and settled a new mountainous land with lots of warm valleys.
The humans in The Elder Scrolls emigrated from a land freezing over and settled a new mountainous land with lots of warm valleys (The continent Tamriel, probably the province of Skyrim as the point of immigration).
Coincidence?

MOTHER OF GOD. The world must know! Ponies emigrated from Skyrim to Equestria to escape the Windigos, who are still in control of Skyrim and are responsible for how cold it is. Bad ponies are banished to Skyrim and grow huge and tough under the harsh conditions. IT ALL MAKES SENSE.

Also Steel looks like Armordillomon,

I would hardly call it a festering wound, for obvious reasons. More importantly, however, the Internet isn't a living creature. It can't be wounded.
Anyways, thanks!
