You are the source of all perfection in wildlife knowledge and anatomy, this is incredible. Every single drawing having to do with animals that you draw is absolutely beautiful.

OMG! AKJSKLjdljasljd @o@ This is amazing! I think I know what I'll be staring at for the next few hours XD Everything about it is gorgeous, and you got his coat markings/expression perfect. The background even suits perfectly, I regularly walk Clyde up on a hill that looks like this, and he loves springing birds from the grass XD
Wow I love your style so much, something so unique about it. Must say I'm honored to have a piece of work from you <3 I wonder if it's not too much trouble could I have you post this to me? (that is if you don't mind parting with it, I understand if not) Thank you so much for trading with me C: my half is in progress still, I'll have it done soon ^^

Aw thanks for your lovely comment! I really admire your work and it's so nice to make things for special people. I saw those pictures with Clyde in the long grass in your gallery, so they were pretty much inspiration for the background (what a nice view!). And then I read how Springer spaniels were bred to 'spring' birds from the undergrowth, which is pretty cool. I wonder if you get these birds where you live? They're everywhere in Sydney, they sortof glare at people and then make really unexpected loud noises, and I heard that they're supposed to gore people with their little 'spurs' but that might just be a myth. Anyway, I definitely approve of Clyde harassing them.
Oh yes! I was hoping you'd ask for the original because otherwise I wouldn't know what to do with it. If you note me your address I can post it on the weekend, you might even receive it within a week. I love sending mail, makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside ^^
Can't wait to see your part, but don't feel like you have to rush it, take your time

^_^ Yes it's one of my favorite places to go (so I really REALLY like this background XD ) We do have plovers here, I remember there was a family of them at my primary school many years ago, they get angry when they have a chick XD no one was allowed on the quad while it was growing, they like to swoop I think, and make that awful sound. Very protective parents.^^
Thank you so much once again! I'll note you my address ^^ might even have this one framed <3
