Description
His real name is Cladius Synclair, Zreth's adopted brother.
The Synclairs took Cladius in off the streets when he was twelve. A short while after, it was discovered that he had a knack for casting holy magic.
Cladius and Zreth has a fierce ongoing rivalry for the acknowledgement from the head of the family. So when Zreth left, Cladius followed. Soon they were competing for the approval of the renown preist. Cladius, of course, was always praised whereas Zreth was continually punished.
One day, Zreth came to Cladius waving an ancient book around in the air, clearly excited. It was obvious Zreth could perform the spells in said spellbook, so he and Zreth set up a secret training schedule for Zreth to train. When it came the day to present what they learned to the Master, Cladius had agreed to be the test subject for a spell Zreth hadn't cast before.
Needless to say, it went horribly awry and Cladius was left clinging to a thread of life. Zreth, in a desprate attempt to save his adopted brother, stabalized his dying life force by fusing it with that of the castle's cat. Unfortunately.. Cladius no longer appeared human and lost his ability to perform any type of magic. In retrospect, he grew much faster and became an excellent melee fighter/swordsman. The last he saw of Zreth was when the poor lad was being dragged into the depths of the castle dungeons.
Cladius left Leviter shortly after the incident, changing his name to Rohkai. He met a young woman named Aura, who cared not about his appearance or background. Despite her parents' objections, they were married. Though, Aura died of old age, whereas "Rohkai" stayed young. Little did he know, a magical bond was formed between he and his brother when Zreth saved his life, which would enable him to stay alive and young for five hundred years..

Okay. So this one was fun to write because it revealed a little more about Zreth's childhood .
Anyways.. "Rohkai" originally, was the cheftain of a tribe of a race called Nightstalkers. But then, the gears started turning and the Nightstalker race was eradicated completely while Rohkai's background changed. Rohkai's somewhat arrogant and he likes to flirt with women. They constantly fall for his charm and if that fails, he does "THE FACE". The collar around his neck is what Aura gave him as an engagement ring. (His pawlike fingers are too stubby or whatever to actually wear anything around them. Plus I'm an idiot and wanted to have him wearing a cat collar.) also I'm very aware on how retarded you must think I am. "He got fused with a cat? Doesn't that happen in fanfiction written by idiots?" So let me explain. Zreth was desprately desprate when Cladius was lying there, about to die. The unlucky feline just so happened to walk by. Zreth nabbed it and used it to sustain Cladius. Oh yeah. I forgot to mention. Rohkai or Cladius or whatever you care to call him(Though I refer to him more as Cladius than Rohkai) can shift into a large panther. I know it seems really Tokyo Mew Mew and stuff, but he's really a melee type of guy, and shifting into a panther just gives him a wider range of attacking styles. Why a panther? Well. I really do NOT understand why, as in tokyo Mew Mew, how something as large as a human could just POOF! and change into something as tiny as a house cat. Yes I understand that shapeshifing is involved and that's all well and good BUT SERIOUSLY YOU THINK THEY'D BE HUMAN SIZED OR WHATEVER. Rohkai's already a big guy and it'd be really really retarded if he shapeshifted into a small cat without something being horribly disfigured, so he shifts into a big cat, a panther...I think panthers are cool. STFU noobs.
