Looks so much more organized than what I have when I'm painting (which is only rarely - so that might be a reason... ).
Should I decide to paint more often from now on, I'll have to get something like this, or else I might cause myself more trouble than it all is worth...

I know I'm very lucky to have this
No, I didn't arrange anything, but then painting watercolours isn't really messy. It looks a hell of a lot worse when I'm into collage work!
You are correct, the studio is two steps down from the level of the sala; actually, it's a converted garage.

I was just joking, asking if you had arranged everything for the photo. I know how tidy you are after "living" with you for a few days in Luzille You're the neatest artist I have seen
And dear copine, what a pleasant surprise when I got your greetings in email this morning. Thank you so much

No fancy feast, just greetings from loved ones filled my heart with happiness. How about you last July and every july?

OK - I'm off to sulk...... I've got a table in the corner of the lounge with shelves on the wall that I have claimed for myself.....but the table is round - which looks quite nice - but the drawing board keeps slipping off the edge

Wow that is so cool !! I wish I had a whole studio like that !! I just paint in my room, which is bad cos I always have to pack everything up when I'm done, I can't just leave it everywhere cos theres no room !! And I need the table for homework, and when I spill water on the carpet it's really bad ! And also I dont have such beautiful pictures on the walls You have a lot of painting supplies as well. What's that stuff the second pineapple is on?

Hi Emma, I'm glad you like my studio
But it wasn't always like this; for many years I also had to make do with just a small desk and had to put everything away afterwards, which is no end of a drag, I grant you! But sometimes you just have to do the best with what you have. Right?
And, who knows - one day you, too, might have your own studio.
The stuff the painting is on? This is so-called foam-board. Normally, this is used for mounting photos or for building models and things like that, but I like to use it as a painting support.
