With this drawing I officially want to wish you a great Easter and a happy start of spring
.... true that winter was really mild this year, and spring started weeks ago, but still....what better and weird way to say that then send my army of fairies to bring you daffodils
..... (I find them very nice flowers, and there really are a lot of them this year...)ack, this was a mess... from my complete lack of inspiration, to the problems with composition in Photoshop, then weird lineart, to colours with both Open Canvas and Photoshop... yep, a really big mess
...I still don't know what to do with the background, though...
I'm sorry for not replying, commenting and my overall lack of comunication, but I've had a really busy week, and the next one is also going to be a mess...

hey, the fact you never see them during spring had the urge to be explained...

mimoza - poznata po svojoj hiperosjetljivosti na promjenu tlaka i tresenje, sluzi sa signaliranje promjene vremena i bilo kakvo motanje ljudi u blizini
kanabis - "magli" misli ljudima, tako da dok su oni negdje u desetom svijetu, ostale biljke pomalo kuju svoj plan....
orhideja i ruza - i jednima i drugima je cilj olaksati ljudima na dane kao valentinovo ili 8 mart novcanike, kako ne bi imali dovoljno novaca za nabavljanje herbicida....

I find wings as these waaaay cooler than normal butterfly wings... like something made out of leathery leaves, covered with spots....
a lot more natural and "wild"

gossamer...like those fruity, fluffy, insectesque (but not as cool) wings you see on so many generic faries.
I agree. Rugged wings are more sited to fanasy woodland cratures.

(ineteresting to see that almost no such wing is biologically correct, meaning it doesn't have the right ribs drawn...)

hmmm, could be.... I checked it on 2 screens, and it actually looked better on a bit darker screen, but probably too light still XD.....
