stories that are verbally transfered from generation to generation. my grandma and grandpa used to tell them all the time when I was a kid. fantastic creatures from the region where I live.
basically the tiny creatures aren't either spiteful nor helpful to humans. on the other hand the shadow in the background is some sort of manifestation of a witch or wizard whose only purpose is inflicting pain and misery to people. they mostly don't have bodies but appear as fog. only after they have consumed a victim will they materialize.
my dad used to tell me stories where the tiny creatures fought these evil beings...
sorry, it is just random ideas. I've never had the chance to sit down and write everything I know. there are almost no written documents on these fantastic creatures...

That's really interesting bAll stories I know of my region came from books. That's probably because when my parents where young their thoughts were already occupied by other stuff...

but it is great if you have all those stories archived in books!
I wish we had more of those here...

till then I just have to draw everything for halloween cards so I don't forget them myself

people can see colour!! no, I was starting to get worried because I saw it on 4 screens and it always looked different...

the bad guys are cool.
I should really draw them all more often and not just for Halloween
