i don't actually do animation, i got the animation somewhere and put it into the charcter using a 3D program. You could look for selfishneko2 on youtube he does amazing animations for that program.

first record the video on mmd
then you must open photoshop, click on file, import, video(?) then you edit it and when you think its done click on file, saves from we(or something like that) and it'll open a window just click save
