I think this is a really nice picture! I'll start with the positives, so I really love the whole feel of this, I think it's really nice.

The first thing I noticed was where the characters were. They're on a platform kind of thing, and there's a decent amount of space under them towards the bottom of the drawing. So there should be more space above their head to balance it, and center the characters in the drawing.

I like the water + reflections, it's a good "realistic" touch. Although, with the crayon-y brush you used, it looks like they're waves because of the uneven water? I'm not sure if it's actually that, or it's supposed to be still. If it's still, then the water should be down and even. The reflection doesn't have to be that strong either. I think the colors should be a bit more washed out because of the water. I may be wrong about that since I haven't studied water + reflections much. I really like the bright water shines too. <3 

The sky is nice, with the gradient. I think the clouds should be smaller and maybe a few smaller ones in the back, where it can show some perspective if you want any of that. The color of the sky should possibly change the color of the character's coat, I think.
