Saleen S7RSaleen introduced the S7, the first true American supercar. The Saleen S7Rβs 7-liter racing V8 generates 600 horsepower and is capable of speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour. With its extreme ground effects engineering, the car could be driven upside down at 160 mph and still stay attached to the road !!
Vector | Illustrator CS2 | 20+ hrs
Well this is my most complex vector piece so far. Took about 3 weeks on and off to complete, glad it is finally done.
No mesh on this one, just normal fill, gradients and blends.

Great work. Love it. I would like to ask you a question if I may. I have been using flash for sometime now for websites and stuff. and I also just got Illustrator CS. would like to do some work like this. Can I do this in Flash 8? it does vector also, or is there some advantages in using Illustrator. Thank you for your time. oh and if there are some samples you know of to get me started please let me know also.

Yes, you could use flash to create a vector like this, but i think illustrator is still the best. It has pathfinder tool, blending, opacity and some other effects. I don't know if flash has this tools too, because i've never tried flash to create a vector before.

Srlsy. This have to be one of the rare outstanding pieces i have seen of an saleen s7 model overall. Even betterlookin than my poster i have hangin on teh wall q__p. An it is vector which mine's not? Fantastic!!!!
I would buy this also if it existed as poster. The reflections from the carvarnish is the specialitΓ© on this all *uses for desktop instead*

You can only tell these are vector close up, and even then, some aspects still appear to be real.
