Another animation finished!
I bought Kendrys Draws their 2d animation course for Clip Studio Paint a while ago and last weekend I went through most of the course. I learned a lot of handy tricks for animating in CSP, one of these things being how to animate falling rain!
I immediately wanted to try this out and see what I could do with it. Nathan was the perfect subject for such a rainy setting. I honestly really like how he turned out. He's taking in a deep breath before releasing it all at once. I also wanted to add more rain details so I added the spatter where the rain hits him and dark/wet strokes on his fur with droplets sliding through. I had no idea how to go about it so I just did whatever I thought would work. I definitely learned a lot from this animation!
