So anyone remember this piece ? Well I did say I was going to try again and man am I glad I did! This time Nuriyev turned out so much better and actually realistic(ish)
For the ones who don't know, Nuriyev is the horse I take care of 2/3 days a week. Yeah sure I still have a lot to learn and I could have spent more time on some parts but I'm happy this is something I'm capable of drawing c:
Me and my sister are going to Nur's owner this week to thank her for letting us ride him for free. My sister said it would be nice to buy a card to go with the present but then I suggested to make the card myself with a headshot of Nur and she really liked that idea. So I'm gonna print this out and I hope she'll like it
Other than that I really learned a lot working on this piece and it was fun as well so I'm happy

Back to the drawing, I'm confused (in a positive way) by the way his muzzle looks. It's like a blending of realistic and cartoony o.o

Yeah the muzzle was the hardest part, maybe it was the colours but I couldn't really get that realistic look I was going for. Better luck next time I guess
