"Majesty, I've finally found you!", the exhausted guard called out over the icy wind. The king heaved a small sigh before turning his head ever so slightly to meet the guard's eyes. "Found me for what exactly?" his words came out annoyed. Taken aback by the black stallion in front of him the guard lowered his eyes to the ground. "The meeting, your majesty, the one you called to assemble", his words came out less secure than he'd have wanted to. "It started an hour ago", he added confused to why the King would miss his own meeting. "But it's snowing", the black stallion said oddly cheerful as if that offered any kind of explanation as to why he was absent. "Yes sire, it sure is", he replied at a lack of anything better to say. "Well get on it then", the king insisted. The guard had no words and didn't have the guts to tell him he had no idea what to get on. "Go get the members, we shall be having the meeting out here", he explained when the guard stayed quiet. He spoke so matter of factly he managed to make it sound like it wasn't an excessively strange proposition. "Of course sire", he dipped his head and quickly got on his was back to the castle. He would probably never get used to the King and his ways.

So yes I felt like drawing Asraq and wanted to write a little story showing just how weird he can sometimes get Poor castle staff that has to deal with him and his random whims and mood swings. If he wasn't such a skilled king when he needed/ wanted to be he probably would have caused an uprising a long time ago xD

It was so much fun drawing my King of Demons again! And just so you know Hell actually has only two 'seasons'. Hot season, when it's excessively hot and the cold season when it's excessively cold. Hell only has extreme tempratures, it's never mild. The seasons also reflect the two elemental powers Hell demons can possess. Fire and Ice. Only one element per demon though. Asraqs elemental power is ice and he has a preference for the cold season.
