Description
More D&D. Lizardfolk this time, I think I made them a little more crocodilian looking than the usual version.Related content

Hands up any one that remembers the U Series Modules from the old TSR day?
I think U1 Was "The Sinister Secret Of Salt Marsh" ?
Or was it about a Haunted Mansion ?
Ah, the good old days.
Your folk look good.
Cheers!

Thanks!
I'd heard of the first module and finally got the first two of the trilogy at the used bookstore, a couple of years ago. Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh is nothing short of brilliant! I mean, it has an interesting hoax and maps for a "haunted" mansion and a small pirate ship - which is stuff which ports to any game, really! The second one isn't quite as useful, because even though it gives you a complete lizard folk settlement which you could use anywhere, the only way it's useful for that module is if your players are really bloody-minded hack and slashers.

Um, but isn't the idea to lead the players into thinking
"Oh no! Why would we are about the stupid weak humans? We've a nest of Sahaughan(Devilfishmen) to take care of. Before they finish their evil scheme to destroy the world."
Sort of thing?
Still, it's one of the old brilliant modules that I would have liked to see them 'convert' into 3rd. As for 4th? Meh, this isn't a political thread, so I'll keep my mouth shut. '
Cheers!

If I remember the module, the idea is that the players bust in, certain that the lizardfolk are the problem, and they do player character things, either complete genocidal slaughter, or they talk to the forward-looking shaman and the chief, who basically say "oh, we're mostly okay with you, if you'll do us a big favor and get rid of these two giant lizards which have been plaguing the area. I mean we could do it only someone busted in here and killed a batch of our best warriors so..."
... and, darnit, I was never able to get the third module in the series.

Heh...story of my old role playing life. Do you remember the 'A' Series? "Against the Slaver Lords"? I've only ever seen one set of copies and a freind had those. I have been wanting to know what was in those adventures for a loong while now.
Yay! Interwebz. :3
Best of luck finding your missing part of the tale.
Much cheers to you and yours.
