I am on a step down programme at the moment, to help me come of Diazepam! Been
on them for ten years, also the doctor has just taken me off my Zopiclone so not sleeping
at all! My anxiety levels are of the charts at the moment, Went on these tablets for a Mental
Breakdown i had and doctors kept me on them and now expect me to come of them just like that!

Two of them are prescriptions for me, one is for anxiety, the other is for arthritis and the others are over the counter. Just making a statement of how bad prescription drugs addiction is an epidemic.
