Ever feel like you're trapped within your own body...within your own mind...like being in a cage that you can't escape from? Can't escape yourself, confined to the point where it's literally hard to breathe. Can't control yourself, your thoughts or moods, as you watch helpless behind bars while something else takes over. and all you want to do is tear yourself apart to try to get away from yourself.

I don't really know how to describe it properly in words, which is why I created a visual image of the concept...
