I struggle a lot with positive thinking but I agree with the stamp! I mean you shouldn't feel too good about yourself but you also shouldn't feel too bad about yourself either, which I'm guilty of. I've learned even negative thinking, even of one's self can wear others out. Now I know there's a difference between being humble and being self-condescending!

One reason I'm negative is to keep myself humble, although I guess I over-do it, to keep myself from being over-confident, but sometimes for the wrong reasons!

But I know positive thinking helps, and I agree it is not annoying or denial, and I hate it when people tear each other down, and others let themselves be torn down and give in to people bringing them down, like I've been guilty of too!

I don't understand it, Psychiatrists say that it can actually help with Depression (Not cure it but help) if you are ready for the help of course. (Nothing will help if you aren't ready. You can't force yourself to be ready either, that doesn't work and could be dangerous.)

Depression wants you to hate yourself, think negatively, hate the world, think you can never trust anyone. (If anyone wants anyone to keep thinking this way...Fuck them. That might be harsh but I know I want to live and not hate being alive. I'm sure I'm not the only one.)
