Description
Cherry Crash, a rough-and-tumble amazon warrior-in-training, meets and bonds with a great daggermaw (large gorgonopsid) in the dark jungle.

Mystery Mint, a cautious archer from the swamps, befriends a shadow tree raptor (Microraptor).

Along the mountains between their homes, they cross paths and enter the fight of their lives. On the way home, they come across two raptor species, and the remaining four hatchlings they save, which become attached to Cherry, who reluctantly raises them as her own. Only by working together can they make it out alive, and their unlikely friendship is their only hope of surviving a primitive, savage world...

Maybe "hero" is too strong a word here. I'm just havin' fun with this whole meme thing.
