I think it depends what games rules her chainsaw follows. In her own universe her chainsaw keeps working forever but in the L4D universe the chainsaws would run out of fuel and be unless.

Given the zombies she faced were rather intelligent compared to the L4D infected, at the very least she'd put up one hell of a fight.
