Description
Numbers on the floor are speed in kmnh to the heel of the foot touching the ground.A comparison of speed throughout several animals from the Two medicine formation. Calculated using Asier Larramendi's speed calculation formula.
Daspletosaurus horneri omitted due to being almost identical to the adult Albertosaurus in speed. Sub-adult A. libratus is fast enough I could not have it aligned with the calculated speed while retaining it on the chart.

Average human sprint 19+ mph? I somehow doubt that's the general rule.

The speed estimates are averages of runners from various age etc groups.
The people in the calculations the person did were fit and used to running.
Most people likely wouldn't reach that speed due to being unfit.
However those are the best estimates I could find as most of what comes up when I look for speed is 20+ mph ests based on the top tier runners, or jogging.
So you are correct.

Are you planning to do a size chart of non mammalian therapsids or creatures from the Permian period?

Aw, well that's too bad. Those guys are seriously overlooked.

Yep, thanks to the dinosaurs and the prehistoric mammals.

I read the fragment of book on which you probably based your chart and I'm surprised that Dinornis giganteus is considered the fastest known bird. I thought that Moa could reach only 5 km/h, not 81 km/h.

Djeez, young tyrannosaurids are terrifying. There's really no chance of escape speed-wise.

Yeah
They would be more dangerous than the adults

Interesting chart. Although, other silhouettes are running/dashing their best, but the Homo on equine make less effort (not an error, just observation)
What's the latest between Albertosaurus and Gorgosaurus? Species libratus in mind, obviously?
I sort of have a project of my own on the line here....

Fair observation

iirc Carr lumped Albert and Gorgo into the same genus in his tyranosaur thing that came out a bit ago.
I don't see too many differences at face value and they just look like anagensis to me so

Not if you have equipment and heavy riding gear on an average horse.
If you have a racing horse with light gear you would be fine.

And if you had little to no gear on an Albertosaurus running from people with heavy gear on horseback?
