So here's the commission/kiriban that I've finally finished of =Almalphia 's character. I do hope she likes it!You know what I realize? This was a challenge, as it involved (a) the color purple (b) they're bright colors, for once, and (c) colored pencils... not something I use all that often.
No, I do not use Prismacolors. I wholeheartedly support my Derwents. They blend a lot nicer.

Don't worry, I've been notified and am doing my best to take care of the issue: I've already faxed at least one notification of copyright infringement form to eBay's Verified Rights Owner Program in hopes that something gets done. I'll have to fill out a few new forms since the products she's selling are being cycled through (I've counted four of my works being used in total), but I also have located the store owner's gmail and intend to send her a cease and desist notice. I assume dealing with this sort of thing on eBay can be more than a little tricky, so I think I'm going to have to employ a wide range of tactics in hopes this gets taken care of (especially since I'm far from being the only artist being taken advantage of here.)

I just used a few different colors to get the gold affect... Can't remember offhand which colors.

This is really an interesting creature. This gold/violett-mix is great on it, makes the whole drawing almost sparkle, if you ask me. =^^= Only thing I normally have problems with is when the wings and shoulderblades almost connect at the same spot. I know, this is not your chara so I guess nothing can be changed here and I hope I'm not making you mad with this small critics.

You really did a fabulous job. I love the hint of a background, that's visible at full-size, but invisible in the thumb. It's an awesome touch! And your pencil work is beautiful. I love the details in the feathers.
