It has occurred to me that I had a lot of pencil scribbles that I hadn't uploaded here... So I'll be remedying that.Great Grey Owl (Strix nebulosa) and Great Horned Owl (Bubo virginianus) being... Great. I suppose. They may or may not run a sort of owl mafia together...

Thanks! I think owls already have such ridiculous shapes, so they're even easy for stodgy realists like myself to play around with. 
Also, Great Greys look like silly offended bullets when seen from the side while flying.

Mr. Bubo, Mr. Strix, and Mr. Badius are all terrific names for owl gangsters.

You're right, they all deserve to be in the sequels! And I might have to throw in an Oriental Bay Owl and break the rule of scientific names, especially given the species name for him being "badius." P. Badius, maybe. Now I just can't not do it!
