I'm not entirely happy with this... <.< Oh well... :/ I'll regret this later. lD Feel lucky I got anything done at all.The assignment was to reverse the roles of the hero and Grovyle.
So Grovyle loses his memory.
And the hero collects the time gears.
Just so you guys know.
Sarah is very sensitive and relied entirely on Jayden (Grovyle).
So being on her own, or even without him would very hard on her.
That's why Crystal is in the picture, she needs the help of her guardian. ^^
And she's holding a time gear. <3
It's sad but I liked doing this.
By the way, that picture in the corner?
I am working on a full-size version of that, it will be a thousand times better.

Um, yeah, my version of Grovyle has a name.
But due to my own issues his colors are now normal.
And his scarf is a little lighter now.
Um... What else?
Meh.

It depends on the drawing, but lately I've drawn all my sketches on paper and finish it up in Photoshop.
I could easily do the same thing in GIMP though.
I might start to try Sai. :3 Who knows though~

I tend to either only use Photoshop for a picture, or alternate between GIMP and Photoshop. There are things I can only do in one program that I like to use.
For example. Photoshop has layer effects and select options GIMP doesn't have...
GIMP is my shortcut program. lD
I tend to draw differently than other people. For example, my lineart here was done entirely with the pencil tool... But the original size was 2000 pixels wide. Resizing it makes it smoother and to my liking, using the pencil tool, for me, makes shading and coloring easier. owo

I think it's hard to make linearts in GIMP though...

Yeah, my idea was a bit vague, not being in any part of the storyline.
But I really wanted to capture how hard it would be for Sarah, if possible at all.

Writing is a weakness of mine (then again so is drawing.) but I wanna do it for two reasons.
1. I'd probably get a chance to write a few scenes at once
2. My drawing skills sinks down compare to the entries I've seen so far.
