My response makes more sense if know that I used to cut and place every square individually. This is the first collage I've used the weaved approach on. forgot to mention that.

Thanks man! Weaving is actually a huge time saver because it's much much easier to keep track of a few long strips of paper than it is to remember where 50 tiny squares go and what order they need to be staggered in. I'm kinda pissed at myself for not thinking of this method earlier.

Haha, I hadn't even thought of the organization factor... Christ, that would be annoying and frustrating. The weaving technique still seems like it would be difficult to do, with the paper staying in place and all.
