I love how dream-like this image is and how despite the visual of a skull, it isn't very nightmarish or frightening at all. I believe the bright blue sky in the background helps alleviate this idea that this is something to fear, even with the skull just poking out of the hole created by the zipper.
Super awesome collage that actually might inspire me to try it myself.
